This house for sale in Nevada has been deemed ‘Steve’s Palace’ for a reason. See why
A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on the real estate market in Sparks, Nevada, for $825,000 has been the talk of a popular social media page for a reason.
And that reason is named “Steve” — apparently.
The 3,741-square-foot house features elaborate, lavish décor complete with colors of red and gold splashed, well, everywhere. But what is most interesting about the home is the large lettering spelling out “Steve’s Palace” over a Jacuzzi inside the primary bedroom.
Other features inside the “palace” include:
Formal living room
Spacious family room
Custom closet in primary bedroom

The interior sparked a comment fire on Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook and Twitter real estate page, as people were a bit thrown off by “Steve’s” choices.
“Steve smells like Old Spice, cognac, and alimony payments,” one person joked.
“I respect choosing a theme and sticking to it,” another observed.
“I must say I am disappointed with Steve’s kitchen,” someone said. “I guess I was expecting something else.”
“I admire the commitment to a theme and the foresight to buy fabric in bulk,” one person commented.
“This is exactly what I imagined Steve’s Palace would look like,” another said.
“Once again, not my taste, I applaud Steve for his vision,” someone commented. “I bet most of the critical comments live a beige life in a cookie cutter house. Go Steve!”
“Say what you want about this decor, but I’d seriously consider staying at this place if it were an Airbnb,” one person wrote.
And, of course, Zillow Gone Wild had the best comment of all on Twitter.
“Steve is living his best life.”
Sparks is about 4 miles east of Reno.
