Former NFL star Hines Ward lists Florida home - an entertainer’s dream. Have a look
Even though former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward has been out of view as a player, he hasn’t vanished out of the public eye completely.
He’s been busy busting a move on “Dancing With The Stars” or showing his acting chops on “The Dark Knight Rises” and “The Walking Dead” — and is also the wide receivers coach for the Florida Atlantic Owls.
Now his chic Boca Raton estate is on the real estate market for $2.6 million.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is move-in ready and can be considered extremely appealing to those who enjoy entertaining friends and family. Amenities include, according to the listing on Realtor:
Club room
Cabana bath
Gourmet kitchen
Impact glass windows
Summer kitchen
Wine cellar
In addition to the 7,070-square-foot home, the new residents will have access to the Boca Bridges clubhouse, which is “over 7 acres of recreational space which offer a five-star resort lifestyle year-round,” the listing says.
Ward, a two-time Super Bowl champion and MVP, played at the University of Georgia and was selected by the Steelers in the third round of the 1998 NFL draft. He retired in 2012.
