The world’s largest treehouse resort is coming to Tennessee.

Guests will be able to choose from 130 treehouses sprawling across 40 acres in the Smoky Mountains area, according to the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort’s website and Travel + Leisure.

The resort will be close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with stunning mountain views.

There will be three types of treehouses to choose from: the Tree Fort, the Tree Fort Double and The Luxe. Some of the structures will be positioned in a circle while others are spread out across the property or side by side.

Two to six people can stay in the Tree Fort and enjoy a wood burning fireplace, a king bed with with a queen bed trundle underneath, a secret ladder, spiral slide, a net swing for kids and adults, a telescope off the balcony and more.

The Tree Fort Double has all of the same features as the Tree Fort plus a draw bridge that connects the two houses.

The Luxe version is targeted toward couples and has similar features to the other treehouses. But it has an outdoor tub with privacy curtains, a “suspended outdoor day bed,” a bidet and heated toilet system and a bistro table on the bottom porch.

Husband and wife Brian and Amanda Jensen got the idea to create the outdoorsy vacation stay after building a treehouse for their four children and renting a ritzy one in South Carolina, Travel + Leisure reported.

“It will not be just a place to stay with astounding views, you will be able to interact and play in your treehouse, just as you would a ‘real’ treehouse,” Amanda Jensen told the travel magazine.

The resort will be on two golf courses, and the treehouses will only be accessible by golf cart. Eventually the property will feature walking trails, a scavenger hunt and an enchanted forest, according to the resort’s website.

Although there’s not a definitive opening date, some treehouses will be available to rent sometime in the summer as the couple continues to build the resort, WATE reported.
