Lottery player wins multi-million dollar prize on scratch-off at gas station in Macon

A lucky Macon lottery player became a multi-millionaire Friday.

The player won the top prize of $3 million on a Georgia Lottery scratch-off game called 100X The Money, according to a news release from Georgia Lottery.

The winning ticket was purchased at a Chevron gas station at 1389 Pio Nono Avenue.

Over $48 million in scratch-off prizes were awarded last week, including another winner in Atlanta, Georgia Lottery said.

Nine Georgia players won big on the Mega Millions, Georgia Five and Georgia Lottery mobile app last week. Winners came out of Atlanta, Marietta, Lawrenceville, Hahira, Box Springs, Acworth, Colquitt, Rex, Austell and Quitman.
