Macon memorial to remember victims of violence

A memorial will be held next week for victims of violence.

The Violence Awareness Memorial Service will take place 6 p.m. Monday at the Macon-Bibb County Government Center, 700 Poplar St. June is national Gun Violence Awareness Month.

People attending are encouraged to wear orange and bring orange balloons.
