Bibb ESPLOST Oversight Committee set to meet

A committee tasked with overseeing the management of capital improvement projects in the Bibb County school district will meet on Monday.

The ESPLOST Oversight Committee was formed for the current cycle of projects funded through the 1-cent sales tax, which will include a new Northeast High School and Appling Middle School combined campus and various other projects throughout the district.

The committee will meet Monday at 5 p.m. on the fourth floor of the district offices, located at 484 Mulberry Street in downtown Macon.
