In the wee hours of Oct. 21, a husband and wife who live in an apartment on Tucker Road in north Macon were involved in what a Bibb County sheriff’s report described as “a domestic disturbance.” The husband, 40, said he and his 31-year-old wife had been on a date and had a couple of drinks. While they were riding home, the man said his wife confronted him about his possibly “being homosexual,” a sheriff’s report of the matter said. The husband “denied (it) and stated that he wasn’t going to argue with her,” the report said, adding that when the pair arrived home, the wife began throwing “decorative items” at the husband. A television was busted, the report said. The wife was jailed on a disorderly conduct charge.
