Dirt biker eludes Houston County sheriff’s deputies
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the driver of a bright-yellow dirt bike after the person led deputies on a high-speed chase Monday morning, according to a Facebook post by the office.
Images of the chase, which spanned Russell Parkway and Corder Road, show that deputies came within feet of the speeding bike. It wasn’t immediately clear what led to the driver being pursued.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office investigations unit at 478-542-2085.
