Bibb Sheriff's Office seeking suspect accused of firing shots outside woman's home

The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in finding a 21-year-old wanted on charges of terroristic threats and acts, stalking and criminal damage to property, according to a news release.

Authorities are looking for Shamarques Tre'von Watkins in connecting with an April 6 Swan Drive incident where alledgedly gunshots were fired outside a woman's home. The woman told authorities she heard several gunshots after she told Watkins to leave when he began beating on the side of her house with a gun, demanding she come to the front door, the release said.

Watkins is described as a black man, 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He is a known member of the Crips street gang, the release said.
