Milledgeville pizza delivery man robbed at gunpoint

A pizza delivery man, looking for an address on Grandview Court on Milledgeville's north side, faced a gunman instead.

Just after 11 p.m. Wednesday, the delivery man was directed toward another residence in the 2400 block of the dead-end street by a man who pulled a gun on him, according to a news release from the Milledgeville Police Department.

The gunman, a black man who was wearing a black T-shirt with "Tupac" written on the front and either gray or blue jeans, demanded money before striking the delivery man's phone with the gun.

He took off with a handful of cash, threatening to kill the delivery man if he spoke of the robbery, the release stated.

The gunman fled behind the house where a trail led to Anthony Way not far from River Ridge Road.
