Bolingbroke smash-and-grab caught on camera

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help with identifying a thief whose actions were captured on video surveillance at a Bolingbroke business.

Danella Construction on Willingham Drive was victimized by a smash-and-grab style burglary March 26, according to a news release from the sheriff's office. A man driving a four-door, gray sedan was being recorded as he stopped in front of the store, grabbed an object and broke the glass door, the release said. The man made away with a computer.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Sgt. Lawson Bittick at 478-994-7042 ext. 265.
