Bolingbroke burglars caught on surveillance footage in Monroe County

Two masked men smashed their way into a Walthall Oil store in Bolingbroke shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office released surveillance footage of the burglary in the 5900 block of U.S. 41, in hopes the public will recognize the culprits.

The men made off with two cash registers before fleeing from the camera range, said Sgt. Lawson Bittick of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
