Five arrested in Houston County drug trafficking bust

An ongoing multi-agency investigation into a drug trafficking operation in Houston County resulted in five arrests Monday morning.

Various prescription pills and cocaine were discovered after an 8:30 a.m. search of three residences in Warner Robins, according to a news release from the city's police department. The following people each face multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute various prescription drugs: 52-year-old Shirley Ann Tolbert, 45-year-old Michael Leon Roberts, 41-year-old Stacey Maria Roberts, 43-year-old Keela Whitest Durham and 48-year-old Nicholas Cortez Durham, according to the release.

On the east side of town, a home in the 100 block of Hidden Creek Circle was searched as well as one less than a mile away in the 100 block of Virginia Dare Drive, according to the release. A residence on the west side of town in the 100 block of Kinley Ann Court also was searched.

It was unclear where the five people were arrested.

No other details are being released as the investigation continues, the release said.
