East Macon house vandalized with gang graffiti

A 31-year-old Macon man awoke in his home off Jeffersonville Road on Wednesday and discovered someone had spray painted gang graffiti on his house and a nearby tree.

The vandalism occurred sometime between midnight and 7 a.m. in the 700 block of Sunnydale Drive, according to an incident report from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office. The resident told police he didn't know who defaced the home, according to the report.

The crime is under investigation.
