Baldwin County sheriff's detectives search for armed robber

The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying a man in connection with an armed robbery early Thursday morning.

Video surveillance footage shows a heavy-set, older black man, a little more than 5 feet tall, entering the Flash Foods store at 166 Ga. 49 about 1 a.m. Detectives said the man made away with a small amount of cash.

Anyone with information is asked to call the tip line of the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office at 478-445-5102.
