Have you seen them? Bibb deputies say men made fraudulent purchase at jewelry store
Deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men who allegedly purchased merchandise from a downtown Macon jewelry store through a “fraudulent transaction.”
The incident occurred at C.R. Rader Jewelry Store, 667 Cherry St., on June 23. Deputies with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that two men wearing gray sweatsuits obtained “merchandise from the business through a fraudulent transaction.”
Both were last seen leaving the business in a white BMW 330i sedan, according to the news release.
One of the men was 6 feet 3 inches and had dreads. The other was 5 feet 10 inches and had short hair.
