13 people were indicted in Macon on RICO charges accusing Keith Beddingfield Jr. of running an eight-year drug and violent-crime enterprise supplying prisons.

Thirteen people have been indicted for allegedly running a drug distribution enterprise in Macon, delivering drugs to prisons, according to court documents released Tuesday.

The organization was allegedly established by Keith Beddingfield Jr. in Macon, and ran from April 2018 through this January. It was created to allegedly receive “financial benefits through the enterprise through various forms of racketeering activity, including, but not limited to, robberies, attempted murders, murders and the illegal distribution of contraband within the prison(s) where Defendant Beddingfield was housed,” the indictment states.

Some of the actions allegedly led to the deaths of India Davis on Jan. 15, 2026, and Pinalkumar Patel on Jan. 20, 2023. Beddingfield was also accused of ordering the death of a witness in his trial between March and September 2018, according to the indictment.

How the organization ran

The alleged members of Beddingfield’s organization, who were minors, packaged drugs and other contraband at houses in Macon under his control.

The members would allegedly drive to the prison where Beddingfield was housed and throw drugs, in spherical packages, toward the roof of a housing unit. Incarcerated men would grab it and deliver it to Beddingfield.

He would then allegedly distribute those drugs while keeping some for himself, according to the indictment.

Beddingfield allegedly conducted the operation using prohibited cellphones, according to the indictment. He allegedly “called and messaged for orders, coordinated activity and otherwise controlled the enterprise,” the indictment said. He would also direct others to carry out violent acts.

“If a member failed to deliver contraband, Defendant Beddingfield threatened to have their residences targeted by gunfire,” the indictment alleged. “Should any associate attempt to leave the enterprise or cooperate with law enforcement … Beddingfield issued threats and ordered their deaths, asserting they ‘talked too much.’”

Beddingfield allegedly organized the enterprise to help with his release from prison by “financing a potential appeal and attaining a heightened lifestyle within the correctional facility,” the indictment said.

Who was indicted and what are their charges?

Beddingfield was indicted alongside Jacorey Williams, Adedreaqua Crawford, Alexandria Kendall, Oriental Wilson, Melissa Braxton, Carlos Sledge, Andre Diadell Jr. and Tishon Wiley for violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Beddingfield and Williams also face murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony charges for the death of Davis. Beddingfield also faces charges for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to the indictment.

Terrell Eugene Mills, Shaun Mills, Corey Tremaine Wallace and Donnie White were also indicted alongside Beddingfield; together, they’re facing murder, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, and aggravated assault charges for the death of Patel.

Terrell Mills and Shaun Mills face additional charges for possessing a firearm as convicted felons. Terrell Mills was further accused of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon while committing a crime for “unlawfully (having) within arm’s reach … a firearm, during the commission of murder,” the indictment said.

Beddingfield was also charged with attempting to murder a witness who would be attending one of his trials in 2018, according to the indictment.

The indictment alleged there are others involved in the enterprise, but they’re not indicted.
