Two suspects sought in June robbery in north Macon

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two men in connection with a June robbery in north Macon.

According to a Monday release, investigators are seeking Macon residents Andre Yolandus Poole, 21, and Arielle Tremaine Poole, 20, with warrants for aggravated battery and robbery charges. The two men are known to frequent the Plant Street area.

In the incident, two black males entered the lobby of the Budgetel Inn & Suites at 107 Holiday Inn Drive North around 7:30 p.m. on June 19. They struck the manager, 53-year-old Don Roberson, in the head and face with their fists and a chair and took his cell phone and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Shankeria Chasity Ray has already been arrested in connection with the incident and is being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center with an $18,900 bond.
