Macon man indicted on allegation of sex trafficking 15-year-old, court records say
A Macon man was indicted Tuesday on a slew of sex charges after Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr alleged he was trafficking a 15-year-old, Bibb County Superior Court records show.
Frank Boston, 29, was arrested July 31 after an investigation was initiated by the attorney general’s Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit. In the investigation, a 15-year-old victim said they were sold for sex out of multiple motels in Macon in 2022, Carr said in a news release last month.
Boston now faces four counts of trafficking persons for sexual servitude, one count of aggravated child molestation, one count of aggravated sexual battery, one count of child molestation, one count of statutory rape and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, court records from Tuesday show.
“For those who prey on our children, let me be clear,” Carr said. “There’s not a corner of this state where you can hide. We will find you, arrest you, and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.”
Boston’s charges were still pending in court as of Wednesday.
