Shooting leaves 2 critically injured in west Macon neighborhood, deputies investigate
Two men were severely injured during a shooting in a west Macon neighborhood Tuesday night, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched regarding shots fired around 11 p.m. within the 3700 block of Tinsley Drive and James Street, a news release from the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies were told victims ages 27 and 30 years old were shot and taken via ambulance to a local medical facility. They were listed in critical condition, the news release said. Their families were not notified by Wednesday morning.
