Crawford County Sheriff’s office releases identity of woman shot to death Saturday

Monday, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office released the identity of a woman killed in Musella over the weekend.

Alexandria Davis, 30 of Taylor County was shot on Church Street off of Highway 341 North Saturday evening and taken to a local hospital, where she died.

The sheriff’s office asked the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to take the lead in the investigation. No other details have been released.
