15-year-old sought on murder charge by Bibb deputies

An arrest warrant on a murder charge has been issued for a 15-year-old in a shooting near Bowden Homes last month.

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating Jay’ryon Deshond Earl Willis.

Willis is sought in connection to the slaying of 38-year-old Damond Cain Stevens of Macon, according to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Stevens was shot multiple times near Bowden homes at Cynthia and Houston avenues about 12:30 a.m. May 22.

Another man, 25-year-old Jacorey Holloway of Macon, was shot in the buttocks in the same incident. He recovered.
