Two teens were charged with three of four reported stickups that occurred in Warner Robins on Halloween.
Kenderek Ruiz Hicks and Darion Dashawn Owens, both 17, are charged with armed robbery, two counts of criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, Warner Robins Police spokeswoman Jennifer Parson said in an email Thursday evening.
The teens are accused of trying to rob the Burger King on Warren Drive and a convenience store at Feagin Mill and Peach Blossom roads, Parson said. They also are charged with the armed robbery at Hop In Convenience store at Ga. 96 and Lake Joy Road.
It was unclear what time the robberies occurred.
Owens also is charged with possession of a gun during the commission of a crime.
Another armed robbery occurred just Tuesday morning and police were still searching for a suspect Thursday night.
The Ramada Inn at 2024 Watson Boulevard was robbed at gunpoint about 8 a.m.
A man dressed in all black toted a gun inside, brandished it and demanded money. The bandit was wearing all black clothing and hid his face. Parson said the bandit pushed the hotel clerk, slightly injuring them before fleeing with the cash.
