Southside discount store robbed at gunpoint
Bibb County sheriff’s deputies are investigating another armed robbery at a Macon discount store.
Just before 10 p.m. Thursday, a gunman walked into the Dollar General at 4944 Mt. Pleasant Church Road and demanded money, according to a sheriff’s news release.
The gunman took an undisclosed amount of money and ran away.
He is described as a slender black male, about 6 feet tall, who was wearing dark clothing and a mask.
