Missing Warner Robins man found dead

A Warner Robins man who went missing Monday morning was found dead later that day.

Frederick William Montague, 77, was located on U.S. 41 between Crestview Church Road and Church Hill Place in Houston County, according to a Warner Robins police news release. No foul play is expected.

Montague was reportedly seen leaving the McDonald’s at Willie Lee Parkway just west of Centerville’s Galleria mall about 8:30 Monday morning.

Monday evening, a relative of Montague’s told The Telegraph by phone that earlier in the day Montague had called a family member and said he was “lost” and “disoriented.
