Arrest made in robbery of Warner Robins hotel clerk

A 37-year-old man has been arrested in connection with Saturday's robbery of a clerk at the Executive Inn at 2079 Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins.

Latrell Lavoris Boyer of Warner Robins has been charged with robbery by force and second degree burglary, both felonies, according to a Warner Robins police news release.

A surveillance video, released by police, shows the hotel clerk, with her hands up, being pushed by the suspect and ordered to open a hotel cash register. The robbery happened at 2:10 a.m.

Boyer is accused of breaking a window to get inside the lobby and stealing an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, said Jennifer Parson, the police department's public information officer.

The clerk was not hurt.
