Warner Robins hotel clerk robbed

A clerk at the Executive Inn at 2079 Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins was robbed over the weekend, police said.

A surveillance video, released by Warner Robins police, shows the hotel clerk, with her hands up, being pushed by the suspect and ordered to open a hotel cash register. The robbery happened at 2:10 a.m. Saturday.

The man broke a window to get inside the lobby and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, said Jennifer Parson, public information officer for Warner Robins police.

The suspect was described as a dark-skinned black male wearing a black hoodie and weighing about 180 pounds, Parson said. He was thought to be between 30 and 35 years old.

The clerk was not hurt.
