Houston County grand jury indicts Roberta man in stabbing
PERRY -- A Houston County grand jury has indicted a Roberta man on a charge of aggravated assault in connection with a stabbing this past fall.
Teddy Terrell Walker, 38, allegedly stabbed another man in the neck with a knife during a Sept. 14 confrontation at a home in the 900 block of Arrowood Drive.
He was also indicted on two counts of third-degree cruelty to children for allegedly assaulting the man in front of two minors.
Other charges against Walker include terroristic threats for allegedly terrorizing a woman by threatening "to commit a murder" during the same incident and theft by taking for allegedly taking the woman's cellphone.
Also indicted Tuesday was 73-year-old David Golds of Warner Robins on two counts of aggravated assault under the state's family violence laws.
He is accused of striking a woman in the head with a crowbar and brandishing a knife and threatening her Nov. 21 at a home in the 100 block of Selena Court in Warner Robins.
