Warner Robins woman charged with assault of elderly father
A Warner Robins woman has been charged with assaulting her 75-year-old father, police said.
Tammy Brinkley, 42, was charged with aggravated assault/family violence and exploitation of a disabled adult/elderly person, Jennifer Parson, public information officer for the Warner Robins Police Department, said by email.
Police responded at 10 a.m. Tuesday to a domestic dispute in progress at a residence in the 300 block of Northfield Drive, Parson said. The daughter and father live at a home there.
Arriving officers met with the father, Everett Brinkley, who was in a wheelchair and had noticeable injuries to his arm, Parson said.
Everett Brinkley received first aid on the scene and was taken to Houston Medical Center, Parson said.
