Controlled burn planned at Robins on Monday

Expect to see smoke on the south end of Robins Air Force Base on Monday.

A controlled burn will be conducted by the Georgia Forestry Commission and base environmental staff, according to a news release. The base fire department will provide oversight.

The fire could be cancelled due to weather conditions.
