Warner Robins to host second annual Christmas tree lighting
The city of Warner Robins will ring in the holidays with its second annual Christmas tree lighting Dec. 1.
Mayor Randy Toms will light the tree at 6 p.m. in front of the Law Enforcement Center and E.L. Greenway Welcome Center at 99 Armed Forces Blvd., according to a news release from the Warner Robins Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Train rides, choral performances, face painting, balloons, kids crafts and refreshments will be available for the public at no charge from 5:30-7:30 p.m., according to the news release. The Historic Depot Row also will be open to the public that evening.
