$15,000 reward for missing person in Perry. Houston County wants tips.

A $15,000 reward is available for tips about a man who’s been missing for over four years from Perry, the Houston County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday.

Dustin Wallace, 37, was last seen around Aug. 3, 2021, near General Courtney Hodges Boulevard in Perry, the sheriff’s office said on Facebook.

Wallace was reported missing at the sheriff’s office on Sept. 3, 2021, Crimestoppers said in the post.

There were “multiple tattoos all over (his) body,” including on his face, the Facebook post said. Ink on his neck said “blessed,” according to a photo provided by the sheriff’s office.

Wallace was 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighed 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, Crimestoppers said.

The sheriff’s office and Houston County District Attorney’s Office were offering the $15,000 reward “for information regarding the disappearance of Dustin Wallace,” Crimestoppers said.

Macon Regional Crimestoppers was unsure if Dustin Wallace’s disappearance was related to a crime, according to a Facebook post by the sheriff’s office.

“If his disappearance is related to criminal activity, the information must lead to the arrest of the person(s) responsible,” the Facebook post said.

Anyone with tips was urged to call Sgt. John Kamens of the HCSO’s Criminal Investigations Division, or Crimestoppers at 478-742-2330.
