20-year-old motorcyclist killed in crash on Interstate 75 in Peach County
A highway in Peach County was temporarily closed after a young motorcyclist died Wednesday morning, according to the Peach County Coroner’s Office.
All lanes of Interstate 75 were closed after 20-year-old Ryan Boyd was killed when he crashed while riding a motorcycle.
The wreck happened around 8 a.m. on I-75 and State Road 96, near mile markers 142 and 143, Peach County Coroner Kerry Rooks and the Georgia Department of Transportation said. The interstate reopened by 11 a.m.
The Peach County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to The Telegraph’s request for comment.
