Pedestrian hit, killed on a remote road in Houston County, deputies say
A pedestrian was hit by a Jeep and died in Houston County Tuesday afternoon, according to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.
A 43-year-old driver of a 2020 Jeep Compass was going west on Grovania Road, west of Bunn Road, which is in a remote wooded area southeast of Perry, a news release from the sheriff’s office said.
Joshua Bradley, 39, was “working in the area when he was struck by the jeep,” deputies said.
Bradley was pronounced dead at the scene.
The collision was still under investigation Wednesday morning.
