One man dead in east Macon car crash
A 23-year-old man was killed in a Tuesday evening vehicle crash in east Macon, Macon-Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones said.
Nekaron Lawson lost control of his 2008 Nissan Altima in the 7000 block of Ocmulgee East Boulevard, striking a tree, Jones said.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The wreck occurred near Interstate 16, Jones said.
