Milledgeville police to host free car seat safety check

The Milledgeville Police Department is set to host a free car seat safety check May 11, according to a news release from the department.

Certified professionals from the department will be at New Beginning Child Care, 105 Lata Terrace, in Milledgeville, from 4 until 5 p.m. that day, according to the release. The department’s first car seat safety check this year took place April 27, and more are being scheduled at various daycare centers in town.
