Free defensive driving class to be offered by Bibb County Sheriff's Office
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office will offer a free two-day class in April for adult drivers seeking a defensive driving certificate, according to a news release.
The defensive driving class is designed to help drivers make good decisions on the road and will include tips on how to avoid distractions and reduce the number of injuries and crashes, according to the release.
The class will be held at the Bibb County Sheriff's Training Academy at 1166 Jackson St. from 5-8:30 p.m. April 5-6. To receive the certificate, attendance is required both evenings. Seats are limited to 25 students, the release said.
