UPDATE: I-475 accident cleared

A wreck that blocked all southbound lanes on Interstate 475 near Eisenhower Parkway has been cleared.

The wreck happened at about 10:20 a.m. Sunday and was cleared at 12:53 p.m., said Deputy Linda Howard, public information officer for the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.

She said it happened when a Ford F-150 pickup pulling another pickup on a trailer began to sway and the driver lost control, with the truck and trailer overturning. No one was injured.
