Middle Georgians will have an opportunity to get their sensitive documents shredded for free on March 19 at United Bank in Bolingbroke.
Organized by the bank and the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, the Shred Day event is set for 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Estes Road branch, according to a release from the sheriff's office.
Each person is limited to three 15 3/4-by-2 3/8 boxes, and there's no need to remove paperclips or staples. The shredding will be handled by Shred-X.
