Historic Macon to host open house event in Beall's Hill

The Historic Macon Foundation will host an open house event Sunday afternoon to showcase four newly constructed homes in the Beall's Hill neighborhood.

The homes are located at 1304 Calhoun St. Ln., 932 Ash St., 924 Ash St. and 1311 Jackson St. and will be open to the general public from 2-4 p.m., according to a news release from the foundation.

Neighbors, Historic Macon representatives and a realtor will be on site to answer questions from those interested in purchasing the properties, the release said.

The event is being held in conjunction with the Center for Community Progress's #LoveThatLot campaign, which aims to showcase how vacant or blighted lots have been revitalized.
