Minor flooding is expected again on the Ocmulgee River after days of rain.

Several inches of steady rain have fallen in Macon since Saturday morning after a wet few days brought the river out of its banks last week.

As of 3 p.m. Monday, the Ocmulgee was at 18.1 feet and steady. The flood level is 18 feet. The river is expected to continue rising to 19.8 feet by Thursday morning and fall back below flood stage by midnight Thursday.
