Registration is open for Bibb County sheriff’s gun class

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is holding a gun class for the public later this month.

The Citizens Gun Class is scheduled for Oct. 26-27 from 6:30-9 p.m. The class will be held at the sheriff’s office training facility at 1166 Jackson St.

Those who attend the class will learn about gun safety and current gun laws, and they will also have an opportunity to fire their handgun.

The deadline to register is Oct. 23. Seats are limited.
