Cookout, job fair to take place in Macon

A cookout and job fair will be held in Macon Sept. 29 from 6-8 p.m.

The Family Fun Day Cookout and Job Fair will take place at Tremont Temple Baptist Church at 5263 Bloomfield Road. The Macon-Bibb County Human Resources Department and Middle Georgia Regional Commission Workforce Development will take part in the event that’s presented by Unity-N-Community, Manna Ministry and the Tremont church.

Special guests will include personalities in music, dance, TV and radio.
