Bike Macon to hold meeting on urban core bike routes

Cyclists are encouraged to hop on their bikes Monday night and join a group ride to the second Bike N’ Beers Meetup in downtown Macon.

Bike Macon wants to build a healthier, safer and more vibrant community

and plan group rides and events, according to a news release from the group.

Monday’s group ride begins at 6:15 p.m. at Rose Park at the corner of Columbus and Orange streets, which is between Medical Center, Navicent Health and Mount de Sales Academy.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the basement of Just Tap’d at 488 First St., diagonally across from the Macon-Bibb Government Center.
