Winter storm prep essentials in Macon: Here’s what to buy & what are best deals, prices
A “major winter storm” is expected to impact Georgia later this week with possible snow and heavy ice, according to the National Weather Service.
Georgians are urged to prepare now and have a plan in place before the storm hits.
“Potentially hundreds of thousands of people may go without electricity and heat for days,” AccuWeather chief meteorologist Jonathan Porter said.
