Calling all Middle GA pet owners: Enter our cutest dog or cat contest here

Get ready to let your furry friend strut their stuff. Our Macon Telegraph cutest dog and cat poll is officially open.

Think your dog or cat deserves the crown? Here’s how to enter:

We’ve extended the deadline for submissions to midnight (EST) on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025. Any reader can submit their cat/dog for the contest. Readers can submit multiple pets, but must use a separate submission form for each pet:

• Dog owners should fill out and submit this form
• Cat owners should fill out and submit this form

Voting for Round 1 will begin on Wednesday at noon and last until midnight on Sunday, Oct. 26. Round 2 of voting will start at noon on Monday, Oct. 27 and end at midnight on Wednesday, Oct. 29. If we get fewer than 5 submissions for dogs or cats, there will be only one round of voting, with voting ending midnight, Oct. 29. We’ll announce the winners on Monday, Nov. 3. The winner will be announced on the Macon Telegraph website.
