Update: Victim identified in fatal Macon crash that left 1 dead, 3 injured
A crash left one person dead and three seriously hurt at the intersection of Eisenhower Parkway and Second Street Friday morning, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Deputies found a crash involving a Honda Civic and a Crown Victoria when they showed up to the scene of the incident, according to the sheriff’s office.
A male passenger, identified as Carlos Jordan, 44, from the Crown Victoria was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Lonnie Marley, according to officials. The other three victims were taken to a hospital and have been listed in stable condition.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the collision. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
