Get ready, Perry. An epic new block party is coming your way today.

Carroll, Jernigan and Ball streets will shut down at 3 p.m. as downtown brings out all the stops for Open Streets Perry, the city’s newest way to enjoy historic Perry, Georgia, with friends and family.

In partnership with 100.9 FM The Creek and The Bike Store Warner Robins, Open Streets Perry offers something for everyone; from good food to live music to street performers and tons of free activities for adults and children.

Did we mention there will be a rock climbing wall and petting zoo?

Organizers encourage everyone to bring bikes, roller skates or scooters to drift up, down and around Carroll Street.

The free event starts at 6 p.m.
