Every Christmas Day, as our gift to the community, the Telegraph prints the “Children’s Christmas Tree.”

We will continue the tradition again this year. To submit your child for the Christmas tree, please fill out this Google form by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3.

The rules are as follows:

  • The child must be between 2 and 6 years old as of Dec. 24, 2021.
  • The child must live in Middle Georgia.
  • The child cannot have been on the Children’s Christmas Tree previously.

  • Those who send in more than one request per child will be disqualified. If more than one child in a family is eligible, please complete one form per child.

Applications will be reviewed and if more than 100 are submitted, Telegraph staff will randomly select 100 children. Accepted applicants will receive an email by Dec. 5 with more instructions.

Email Caleb Slinkard at cslinkard@macon.com with any questions. But do not email applications. Applications will only be accepted through the Google form above.
