Human remains discovered on residential property in Bibb County, sheriff’s office says
A human skull found on a property on Lake Valley Road on Friday night.
The call of the discovery came from a worker who maintains the property for the homeowner, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies who arrived on scene at 1218 Lake Valley Road just after 6:30 p.m. confirmed that the remains were human.
Crime scene investigators were also summoned and the skull sent to a GBI crime lab in an attempt to determine the person’s identity.
